We sell THERMOWELD Tipe CS3 Moulding, which is a high-quality graphite mold specifically designed for cable-to-cable connections with a configuration of 1 branch cable to a steel structure (tower leg red.) with a cable inclination of 45 degrees from the tower leg. This product is a primary component in the Exothermic Welding process to create permanent connections that feature high conductivity and corrosion resistance.
With exceptional heat resistance, this moulding is highly durable and can be reused approximately 60 to 100 times per connection (joint), depending on the handling and maintenance by the operator in the field.
